Thank you for your honest feedback. There is room for the management to improve communication and responsiveness and we take this as a challenge and opportunity to do better. There is no tolerance for harassment in the workplace and we take these issues extremely seriously.
Regarding the safety concerns, we have invested considerably over the past 2 years in environment testing, addressing identified issues, and being proactive about improving the health and safety of our workplace. There is nothing more important than the health and safety of our teammates and this another issues that we take very seriously.
Overall, there were some great people that worked there including one of the managers who has been there for a long time and is still working there.
Great location in Vermont, very scenic, lots of nature and work life balance felt okay.
Cons
Little to no direction from managers regarding my role. Felt like more of an intern or assistant position. No creative freedom or opportunities to make content or come up with new ideas etc.
Harshly offered a lower role after a few months or to be let go. I ended up leaving.
