Pros

Free kombucha, chefs kitchen, and pantry program

Cons

Upper management makes promises but do not follow up on them. Pay is not what it should be. Expected to take on more than your job title but with no compensation. Lots of unnecessary drama. Management will play favorites!

Pros

Employees actually matter here. They also want to promote work life balance. Everyone is treated like an actual human even though it is a production/manufacturing environment. They encourage you to use your PTO and take care of yourself. They are also continuously growing and making healthy business decisions. It is great to be somewhere that makes you feel valued and know that your job is secure.

Cons

The company has grown very quickly. Because of this there has been some adjustment needed as we refine processes, develop better training methods and work on communication. Sometimes the change can be fairly close together, causing some confusion. Things have improved a lot in the last year and a half.
