Pros

None. Not a single positive thing.

Cons

This place is super weird and it's almost like they take themselves seriously as some kind of cult. When someone gets fired, which is often, the others cut all ties. It's like they have meetings or communication about it and they actually think this is cool. Also, it's now called fed up foods, which is this guy Dimitri who comes in to try to save failing businesses. You won't find many people sympathetic, as they have screwed over a ton of people who didn't lock step to their weird hippie image. Don't let your friends do this.

Pros

Great opportunities for people coming into the industry. If you come in fresh to packaging and you want to be a brewer some day the opportunity is there.

Cons

Excuses always made why they can’t give you a review and raise. They missed my 90 day review and my 6 month review using every excuse in the book.

Ok, but don't trust upper management

Pros

Free kombucha, chefs kitchen, and pantry program

Cons

Upper management makes promises but do not follow up on them. Pay is not what it should be. Expected to take on more than your job title but with no compensation. Lots of unnecessary drama. Management will play favorites!
