Cons
Return to office mandate is a total slap in the face to employees. It brings us back to a time of burnout and will do nothing to i crease collaboration or faster decision making. Fidelity has record profits which means the employees are getting their jobs done, and then some. Forcing everyone 5 days a week into crammed offices will only lead to resentment. Nobody wants a return to the old days where we commute for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, barely seeing our families.
