the work place is very cliquish and catty. Women are treated badly, there is an undercurrent of sexism. If you are too intelligent or too attractive, be prepared for a lot of hostility. Also very bigoted. They employ minorities but then treat them as "token" employees and there is definitely an undercurrent among white workers that you don't socialize or date outside of your race. If your a conservative , very conservative bigot ..and a very suburban woman..then you'll probably do just fine
