The LEAP program has been terrible. It is essentially 4 more months of college after you graduate. Lots of hand-holding and forced classroom-style learning. Instructor-led training is mostly a waste of time here.
High chance that you will be working with an outdated tech stack after LEAP. You may also be placed into an unfavorable role with little to no technical mentorship and with minimal transferrable skills. They will try to tell you that Fidelity is a "tech company that does finance" but this is not the case.
In short, not a great place for new software engineers. If you have another offer, I would highly recommended considering working elsewhere
