Pros
If you have a business degree and not sure where to start - look no further. Fidelity really invests in you by literally paying you to study for the first 9 months. 2-3 of those months are for studying for the SIE, Series 7 and Series 63. The rest of the time is learning Fidelity's training and the way they do things. In this time you might have to take some calls but its fairly easy. There is a lot of room for career advancement. You most likely won't stay in a position for longer than a year without some type of promotion. I think its a great place to start off your career in the corporate world.
Cons
Calls do suck after a while, but if you apply yourself you can get out of there pretty soon because Fidelity is hiring so many new people each year.
