Cons
1. promotion - you can't get easily promotion here. 2. no on-site opportunity 3. while performance rating, manager will compare you with different teammates/squatmates. 4. they say tuesday is learning day, but its actually chapter day or meeting day. lot of meetings would waste your time. 5. manager will evaluate your performance based on what you did on tuesday but not on what you did on other days in squad/team. 6. no work life balance if you work more than 1 team/squad. 7. as usual politics/lies on performance bonus.
