I'm fresh blood, but all of my manager have been with the company for 10+ years. Several rode out the '08 recession and had multiple different careers within the company over that span. My role doesn't officially begin until October, so right now I'm in the LEAP training program. I would highly recommend LEAP to anyone starting out in software development because there is a strong culture of internal development and where else are you going to get 18 of dedicated job training prior to joining your team? Not to mention, the benefits are pretty great and hybrid working is the greatest.
