I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere even with the "Pros" I listed. It will go well during training, but shortly training the honeymoon is over. They are METRIC driven to the point of insanity. You will learn to hate the words SAFEGUARD and STRIVE. Also.. they CONSTANTLY hire and there's a reason for that. They turnover is horrendous, and they also like to terminate unless you have the ability to be a metric driven robot. If you decide to take a position, don't be niave to think long term
