Pros

Due to the size of the company, your work feels impactful - you can see the results/benefits immediately.

Cons

Totally incompetent hiring process. I don't have a lot of experience but I was hired to work here and expected to be a totally independent contributor; the work was also not related at all to what I was told in the interview. I had a meeting with my manager about 3 times in 3 months, all work was assigned to me via writing, in essay style - communication was always in writing. Very impersonal and demoralising. Virtually 0 team spirit. I've worked in 4 different companies and this was by far the worst.

Pros

Great colleagues • The company was developing and growing just three years ago, which made it a really exciting place to work • Cozy and comfortable office • There used to be a strong sense of team spirit However…

Cons

• Ongoing layoffs have created constant uncertainty; people who stayed don’t feel secure about their future • Benefits are almost non-existent. Previously, the only real perk was occasional company merchandise (given out around holidays for a couple of years), but even that has been discontinued • No health insurance, no gym compensation, no Wolt allowance • No access to corporate apartment programs for employees based in Paphos (while other hubs don’t offer them either) • No annual bonuses, no birthday or wedding gifts • Greek language courses were canceled (and even before that, they were only partially covered) • One of HR is quite toxic, making it uncomfortable to approach her with questions or requests (TG she almost never in the office) • Corporate events have become very underwhelming; for example, employees couldn’t even bring a spouse to the New Year party • Many remaining colleagues are actively looking for other jobs, as the company has been steadily declining • The company today feels completely different compared to what it was three years ago
