• Ongoing layoffs have created constant uncertainty; people who stayed don’t feel secure about their future
• Benefits are almost non-existent. Previously, the only real perk was occasional company merchandise (given out around holidays for a couple of years), but even that has been discontinued
• No health insurance, no gym compensation, no Wolt allowance
• No access to corporate apartment programs for employees based in Paphos (while other hubs don’t offer them either)
• No annual bonuses, no birthday or wedding gifts
• Greek language courses were canceled (and even before that, they were only partially covered)
• One of HR is quite toxic, making it uncomfortable to approach her with questions or requests (TG she almost never in the office)
• Corporate events have become very underwhelming; for example, employees couldn’t even bring a spouse to the New Year party
• Many remaining colleagues are actively looking for other jobs, as the company has been steadily declining
• The company today feels completely different compared to what it was three years ago
