Very unqualified management — from the CEO down to the lower levels, everything is very chaotic. They literally don’t know what to do. Compensation is low, no bonuses for regular employees, no private insurance, and almost zero perks. Some people literally come to the office to study Greek, go for alcoholic lunches, and brag about their side projects.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience during the interview process with Finom. From the start, it was clear that the process was unorganized and lacked the professionalism I expected from a company of this caliber. The interview was conducted with webcams turned off, which created a detached and impersonal atmosphere. This hindered my ability to engage effectively and demonstrate how I could meet the dual expectations of implementing AI and improving existing procedures. I felt belittled and was not given a fair chance to discuss the potential contributions I could bring to the role.
