I am one of the lucky ones. Hearing conversations from upper management makes me scared for my job daily. Middle management is a revolving door. Employees are secretive about being unhappy. It's like eggshells. I feel so bad for everyone, but I need this job. They don't want you to have too much emotion. They will hire people just to improve processes and then let them go. If you are not a part of the "cool kids" or the "good ole boys / girls" club, you won't stand a chance. Please take this seriously
