      Pros

      Fair and transparent recruiting process and interview, excellent support for problems, available resources

      Cons

      After 2 years of work, they increased my salary by 0.30 EUR when I asked for a raise, so they are not willing to negociate salaries which are already very low, therefore it is not suitable as a full-time job, also very difficult to fill all schedule just by working for Fluentbe, you need to have more jobs

      Pros

      Flexible hours, supportive team, good students, easy preparation for lessons, flexibility in teaching lessons, fun classes, opportunities for growth within the organization

      Cons

      Overall, this is a great company to work for. My biggest con is that because it is European based, their pay is not as competitive as it could be and they don't automatically offer raises. Being that I am American, that could just be an American expectation, but that is more of challenge for me. In addition, the other con is the curriculum they use for their school age, middle school, and high school students is subpar. It is not, "bad" material, but it really should be re-evaluated and modified to be more interactive and more like the curriculum that the company created for the adults. Overall, it is a fantastic place to work!

      >typical lower end industry pay of $10 per hour >Summer time in Europe, July-August, means less classes overall
