      Lots of Potential

      Pros

      -Very friendly and helpful staff -Most students are friendly and motivated -Pre-Built Lessons -Very flexible schedule

      Cons

      -Some students are unreasonable with feedback -The pay is atrocious at 10 dollars an hour which is less than some state minimum wages. -If you want more than 15 hours you have to work early mornings and late nights together which is difficult -Some of the lessons have vocabulary and teaching points that are outdated, unrealistic, or unnatural.

      Pros

      Great support team, all my available hours are always booked and I constantly receive new students, plenty of bonuses, I love my students

      Cons

      Low base rate, scheduling often ignores google calendar events, mistakes in the material and material can be boring for many students
