Sales plans and visual directives are very precise and give you huge insight into how to appeal to the customer. Very strong follow up and development of employees.
Cons
Terrible discount Management is extremely unprofessional- expecting more out of part time staff than they can provide. Talking about other staff in front of other members and customers. Rude management all around.
