      Friendly environment Fast paced and not boring at all Opportunity to grow with the company Get to know all promotions and sales before everyone

      Employee discount is almost nothing Pressure to get credit cards Pressure to dress fashion forward all the time The pay is better at other similar stores

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
