      On the job training Starbucks in building Depending on your department your coworkers can be amazing.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover Asian Dominant Culture- Unfriendly, Very stubborn, not the best business choices Low Pay Not much room for growth anymore

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
