Allowed freedom to be creative; not heavily driven by cookie-cutter merchandising. Freedom to explore merchandising ideas. Great schedule M-F 7am-3:30; no weekends, ever! Bonus quarterly.
Cons
business is so busy that the store gets trashed easily. sometimes feels like all you are doing is cleaning up. Visual is not supported heavily from sales.
