Pros
With a good team around you, it is a great place to learn all about the retail industry. Perfect place to gain experience. Also, seeing all of the merchandise first is fantastic, though a con to your paycheck.
Cons
The company does not care about its employees at all. They are cutting benefits, hours, and docking pay left and right. At times, it feels like a factory farm, with the employees being worked until they simply can't anymore. I used to love my job, but now I am just waiting for them to take more away from me.
