They pay based on experience.

The management team is very poor and unprofessional. They don't train you. Whether you get working hours or not is based on if the manager likes you or, not based on skills. Customer service is unheard of and is not a top priority. To make sales and get email capture associates are encouraged to lie and bully customers into doing what the associate wants. For instants telling customers the only way to start a transaction is to give your email, so if the customer doesn't have one they cant purchase anything! Instead of this, management should teach their associates to be salesmen instead of liars and manipulators. The not so popular associates are made to work 10-12 hours overnight shifts to clean out the stock room before a district level visit. We have to do her dirty work, things that should have been taken care of don't get attention until corporate threatens to visit.I believe the entire management team with the exception of one should be either fired or taken back to basic training! I could go on for days!
