      Pros

      Lets you be the first in on current trends. 10% discount, which is okay because the clothes are so cheap.

      Cons

      Terrible management. They play favorites in EVERY store. long hours and short breaks. you are required to take 10 mins breaks and clock out for them. no time off, no exceptions. after 10 days you are automatically separated from the company.

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
