Pros
· wonderful co-workers, I've made so many good friends there. · I think this differs within each store, but I really love my managers. · the music playlist is awesome. They have a lot of good bands in the roster.
Cons
· no benefits. and 10% employee discount is just sad. · no set hours. they'll dock your hours without warning, too. · horrible pay for the physical labor you're put through; the pay is good if you're a student who just needs some extra spending money. Not good for paying rent and bills. Just in general, the pay isn't worth it. · some of the visual merchandisers like to boss around the sales associates. they are technically above us, but they're ultimately not managers. It bugs the crap out of me. · if corporate visits the next day, forget about getting home at a reasonable hour if you're working the closing shift.
