Pros
-you can wear pretty much whatever you want. -you can make a few friends in the process. -the music they play is okay.
Cons
-the discount sucks. seriously. 10%? -you cannot get promoted. at all. they hire mangers from other companies. OTHER COMPANIES when there are sales associates who would do SUCH a better job than them. -they constantly cut hours. and they will call you 30 mins to an hour BEFORE you're supposed to go in. -the pay sucks. -late hours. everything is a mess no matter how hard the associates try. -mangers are incredibly rude -managers favor people -they HIRE so many people and BARELY give anyone any hours BECAUSE they have hired so many new people. seriously?
