I always felt like I had a lot of autonomy at Fortune Energy, which is a great aspect of working in general to me

The company is reasonably large so there is a lot of expectations to be on time or to take a one hour lunch and not later I think the autonomy works in their benefit though because management is reasonably hands free when it comes down to it

Reasonable health benefits provided to employees.

I speak for most of the employees here when I say that we feel unwelcomed. The work environment of Fortune Energy is unpleasant due to the rampant verbal abuse and hostility shown by the leadership. Not to mention, our leaders here are unreasonable, so they'll never admit their mistakes and change their ways.
