Pros

Nothing worth mentioning. An occasional free lunch and no overtime required.

Cons

Be prepared for your fellow employees to try to steal your accounts and commissions. It's dog eat dog done the Chinese way! Very unhappy client base due to lack of organization and outright lying to the clients. Just tell them what they want to hear and give them the lowest price. No benefits and minimum wage.

Pros

Flexibility to sell if you are good without being micromanaged

Cons

Horrible management, owner is set in his ways, but is a nice guy. They need to come to grips with the fact that they do business in America, not China. Completely disorganized company.

A revolving door

Pros

Friedly upbeat atmosphere with co-workers. A good place to learn the solar industry.

Cons

Not much reason to stick around. The system is designed for churn and if you don't catch on quick you won't be able to survive financially.
