We are very open to feedback and often change processes on the back of the feedback we receive – for example, time-logging has been condensed to simplify the process, roadmaps have been fleshed out that work for the team and for clients. As you point out, we do have a hard-working team but we are very much focused on ensuring everyone has a positive work/life balance – something as a team we have put a lot of effort into, especially as we have been working from home for the past 9 months. I’m surprised to hear about you being disturbed on holiday and weekends as that is by no means a representation of normality at all. In fact, it’s terribly rare.
