Pros

Junior staff have genuine knowledge and care for their clients. There is free drinks on Friday's but they will literally lock the fridges if everyone's time tracking isn't 100% completed.

Cons

Being constantly told how important time tracking is by management who have deemed themselves exempt from it. Every decision has to be checked by department heads who always need to add their input (usually adding zero value). You know those people who's entire personality is staying at the office late like they're heroes? That's Found and the management team. Found is a factory of sadness, you are not a person there but a 40 hours a week machine that has to follow a process for every miniscule task. The number of negative to positive glassdoor reviews is not a true reflection. They clearly have yet another process when receiving a review. Step 1: Agree that its not us that is the problem it's the employees. Step 2: Create a clearly fake positive review so that the top review is 5 stars. Step 3: Dispute negative review to have it taken down. Step 4: Log time as "Trying to hide companies terrible reputation". Seriously though this is the third time trying to upload a review that has gone live then been taken down.

Hi. Thanks for your review however I’m obviously so disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your time at Found. I can’t change your experience, but I can cover some of the points you raised. I know time tracking is not the most loved task within any business but it’s so important to help us understand where time is going (we only ask that time is logged against a client) so we can ensure we are future resourcing effectively, or revising client plans so that we can deliver against key priorities. I’m sorry to hear that you feel that those who choose to stay late in the office are trying to be heroes – I can assure you that’s not the case. We have, and always will, champion a work/life balance, never more so than now when we are all working from our homes. One thing we introduced recently was a complete flexible nature to working, ensuring that people in the team can work when it best suits them and not to simply fit into a fixed working schedule. I do wish to draw attention to your note about how we approach Glassdoor reviews as it is a complete misrepresentation of who we are as a business. Everyone who has worked / or is working at Found - yourself included - has a right to post a review and I do know that we have many happy team members who speak positively about Found. On a lighter note, I’m afraid to say that we’ve not had free drinks on a Friday for 9 months (and counting), given we’ve been in lockdown, however we’re all very much looking forward to a time when we can socialise in person again! Again, thank you for your review.

Pros

Location If you stay at your desk until 9pm, mention growth in every sentence and have zero life outside of the office you'll probably do well.

Cons

- High staff turnover. - Long hours, 8 hours + lunch, as well as an extreme workload. - Ruthless management will throw everyone under the bus rather than admitting their own fault. - Below industry average pay for the extra hours. - No boundaries, expect calls on weekends, after hours and when on leave. I've been in the industry for 8 years and I can genuinely say it was the worst job I have ever had.

Thank you for your review. You mention that you are a current employee but then talk about Found in the past tense so I’m not sure whether we can help you with your experience. If you are currently working with Found then I would greatly urge you to speak to your manager, to myself, or through our Winning Temp platform (where you can speak anonymously). We are very open to feedback and often change processes on the back of the feedback we receive – for example, time-logging has been condensed to simplify the process, roadmaps have been fleshed out that work for the team and for clients. As you point out, we do have a hard-working team but we are very much focused on ensuring everyone has a positive work/life balance – something as a team we have put a lot of effort into, especially as we have been working from home for the past 9 months. I’m surprised to hear about you being disturbed on holiday and weekends as that is by no means a representation of normality at all. In fact, it’s terribly rare. As I mentioned, if you are currently at Found, please do reach out through one of the methods above as I sincerely want to help you.

Pros

Office is well located. Pay was good. Data science team provides great research and tracking solutions.

Cons

In six months at Found, I saw; - Repeated disrespect from clients, well beyond the normal demands that can be expected in an agency. - Colleagues having panic attacks about their workload and client demands, including openly crying at their desks. - Clients being promised impossible targets during the pitch stage solely to win their business. - Senior management throwing staff under the bus to appease clients. - The entire PPC team being replaced twice as colleagues of all levels (executives through to the Head Of PPC) decided to walk away from the stress.
