Pros
Frazee appears to be professional.
Cons
Frazee does judge and discriminate. Frazee recruiters are opinionated about candidates' decisions to search for other employment and proceed with such judgment. Frazee recruiters are not honest. If you happen to be interviewing for more than one job, recruiters steer you toward the job that will make them the most money. Also, recruiters are not honest about the company environments they are sending you to - they are fully aware of clients with drama-filled offices and high turnover, but they will not share this very important information with you. Do not be fooled, Frazee does not work for you, the candidate. Frazee recruiters do not tell you that they will not find you or inform you of a position that best fits what you are looking for once they have you working somewhere, even temporarily! Frazee works with/hides behind false ethics, stating AFTER the fact that they will not take you from a client to place you elsewhere, even though they quickly place you in a position to make $$ and a different position they are recruiting for may be a much better fit. In actuality, Frazee, you are not doing your clients any justice because you are not submitting the best candidate for the position with this false stance! In turn, you fail both the candidate and your client company! Also, candidates be mindful: Frazee does not work for your best interest, but they sure continue to follow you in efforts to get business from your new employer! And don't be fooled, your salary has been reduced by the agency fee, so you are actually the one paying Frazee! Obviously, Frazee measures its success based on the number of positions for placement they win from employers rather than their rate of successful employee/employer matches!
