Pros
You can work from home but lucky if you get equipment that works.
Cons
No support from staff, if you need help they will tell you to send an email and they will get back to the member and they never do because 8 times out of 10 you will get the same customer on the line and see that no one has called them.
They do not answer the phone if seeking assistance And when you do get to ask a question, instead of them providing knowledge and clarity, they will tell you to read the policy and/or make you feel like you will get fired.
