- nothing much - this is the norm in belgium, every architects is independent even if they work with one boss, everything is like an employee execpt the pay and the papers you have to do for your status.
Cons
- Tax - Health insurance - Have to get an accomptable - no unemployment benefit possible - Worth when older and with a lot experience
