Not the best experience - Coordinatior Frieze Employee Review

- I had a really awful experience with my manager, she was very patronising and often belittled me infront of everyone - I was never given any indication I wasnt doing well enough, I was always praised for my work and all of a sudden I'm pulled into a meeting saying I wasnt performing well enough - I felt like i was treated very badly at Frieze and i wouldnt recommend working here, it feels like a very toxic enviroment
