Pros
This job was great when was Ameridial but Fusion doesnt care about their reps. The only good thing i can think of is it if you work from home (if theyre willing to find you a program with a client that's part time, they'll try and work with you on the hours you need.
Cons
the pay especially for senior representatives that have been with the company for years. If you want to get a raise its like pulling teeth; even when the original agreement with Ameridial was a "grandfatherly raise" of 25 cents per year which since Fusion took over they dont honor. They'll drop you out of nowhere and leave you picking up the pieces. That's happened a few times because of lack of calls and/or a program that decided they wont renew their contract with the company. I can think of so so many negatives about this job. If you do take this job, only do it for a year at most so you can get a 401k, then come back after 6 months or longer and get a larger increase in pay. The length of time you work for this company doesnt matter. And yes there is favoritism but that supervisor or team lead can and will drop you whenever she wants saying there's lack of calls but yet everyone else gets the hours while they take you off the schedule. Dont work for this company especially long term. All these years at this company was a complete waste of time.
