Great Benefits, good holiday off between Christmas and New Years
Cons
Heavy data driven at the cost of running the plant. I cant do my job without having to fill out tons of reports many are duplicated over and over again. A lot of manual paperwork very little automation requires a lot of hours if not days walking around to collect information. Most modern day companies have this automated.
