      Pros

      Benefits, Medical Insurance, Company Car, Paid week off at Christmas, Company Money Plan, etc. are superb. Some of the sales force has been there for many years and are great mentors.

      Cons

      Nepotism is rampant, Unethical HR Division, All Managers evaluate / critique employees differently, no consistency, rarely get a Merit raise, cost of living raise depending on inconsistent reviews, high turn over among upper Management more recently high turnover among outside sales division, one particular Manager incompetent and unethical.

      Pros

      All negatives with this company, lots of reports, they keep cutting commissions, horrible management team that knows nothing about the dental industry, and the turnover in this company is starting to show!

      Once again all negatives with this company, they treat the employees horribly, even the people who retire from this company!

      Great Benefits, good holiday off between Christmas and New Years

      Cons

      Heavy data driven at the cost of running the plant. I cant do my job without having to fill out tons of reports many are duplicated over and over again. A lot of manual paperwork very little automation requires a lot of hours if not days walking around to collect information. Most modern day companies have this automated.
