Pros
Benefits, Medical Insurance, Company Car, Paid week off at Christmas, Company Money Plan, etc. are superb. Some of the sales force has been there for many years and are great mentors.
Cons
Nepotism is rampant, Unethical HR Division, All Managers evaluate / critique employees differently, no consistency, rarely get a Merit raise, cost of living raise depending on inconsistent reviews, high turn over among upper Management more recently high turnover among outside sales division, one particular Manager incompetent and unethical.
