Pros
Meeting others who were going through mental health issues as a result of working in the company. Able to support each other and cry together. I give it 1 star overall for this reason.
Cons
I used to hear people vomiting in the toilets from anxiety and stress. One day I even bumped into one of them and asked them if they were ok. They broke down and told me they were being picked on constantly to perform despite joining the business on the condition of doing an Account Manager role not a heavy BD role. They were told this AFTER 'academy'. Couldn't believe it. Disgusting. If you get approached by someone for a job here, good luck. If you're in a relationship, be prepared to have issues when you start prioritising so much to do with this job coz you're worried you're gona get into trouble or criticised again for something. Salary ranges are so big even though you're all doing the same job.
