8yI’m sorry you didn’t enjoy working at Gemserv. I am particularly upset at your remark of casual sexism & racism. I have zero tolerance for any such behaviour and will address any incidences if brought to my attention. We pride ourselves in an open culture where anyone can speak to anyone, and everyone can always approach me, HR or any other member of the Management Team with any concerns, as we all sit together in the same office.
I think we will have to disagree about adding value to the industries we serve, as I passionately believe we make a real difference. On our people, I do know there are many that have learnt a lot and developed whilst at Gemserv. For example, around 40% of our employees have either been promoted, are part of a development programme, or progressed into new teams. Our recent Investors in People Gold Award is testament to that. However, I understand different roles suit different people and I’m sorry that there wasn’t the right fit for you. I do hope you have now found the right role and are doing well.
