      Hybrid work structure is the only positive factor

      The culture was great before but now due to some managers the culture has changed. Due to losses many employees have resigned silently( you can understand what may have happened or what they might have gone through. Join only if you are in need

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
