      Good benefits, average market to value compensation, smart folks, drive for continuious improvement, expansion internationally, strong brand, diverse workplace, multtiple locations.

      Cons

      Not career oriented, poor feedback management system, high level of turnover in management, unclear career path, not flexible with employees work- life balance

      Pros

      Vineland Plant felt like Family. Miss them all. Management was friendly and good to get along with. Plenty of over time.

      Cons

      Plant closed 2017, along with alot of hopes and dreams. Many had over 35 years there. Whole.plant was union and yes there was some dead wood (non workers).
