      Limited opportunities for advancement as Admin Asst., in part due to the nature of the small satellite office arrangement. Any advancement would require relocating out of state to join company headquarters in MN.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
