      Work on top food brands, exceptional training, good pay and strong benefits, original strategy and creative in Canada, "Tier 1" profile.

      Cons

      "Minnesota nice" atmosphere, have the carrot dangling in front of you...but watch out for that large stick.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
