      - Great benefits - Great brands that you'll be proud to say you have a part of - Who can resist Cheerios???

      Cons

      - All roads point to MN - Very little of the touted perks are enjoyed in the field - No cost of living adjustment to salaries - Strong culture based on Minnesota Nice - which sometimes candor is needed for progress to be made

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
