      Pros

      Great brands, solid training, excellent benefit program/stock options. Great reputation in the market, with most customers. Excellent support staff.

      Cons

      Lots of hours, though they do give time off for personal when needed. Getting leaner which means more hours for those remaining. Sometimes people at all levels are rotated too quickly to get to know and have an impact to improve the business.

      Pros

      Vineland Plant felt like Family. Miss them all. Management was friendly and good to get along with. Plenty of over time.

      Cons

      Plant closed 2017, along with alot of hopes and dreams. Many had over 35 years there. Whole.plant was union and yes there was some dead wood (non workers).
