General Mills allows for open communication as well as innovative ideas. The Company wants all if its employees to succeed, knowing that the Company will do better with employees who are content.
Cons
It takes too long to try something new. The culture of General Mills is to always try to be nice, but sometimes to get things done, you have to get in peoples faces and ruffle feathers.
