      Pros

      Good work culture at General Mills , most of the people here are helpful, love how they pamper their employees with different initiatives. I wish i could join back (had to leave this dream company due to personal reasons) Even while i put down the papers, they were helpful and HR tried giving multiple solutions that were beneficial for me to stay back.. but my hard luck :(

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
