      There is no growth, this place is full of nepotism, racism, and favoritism. Salaries are not competitive. senior management is very conservative. They are running this place like a dictatorship.

      The company has been around for a very long time so it's considered stable,

      Cons

      The company has a lot of maturing to do, not very equitable or inclusive in higher leadership positions and quiet layoffs are occuring so its not a lot of internal growth without being there for 10+ years
