Amazing people across all departments with opportunities for committee leadership and relationship building everywhere. There is a good mentorship/professional growth program that you get out what you put into it. I appreciate the time focused on career development. Benefits are also relatively good.
Cons
It can seem like the company norm to work overtime and on weekends. Work life balance can easily start to tip.
