Pros
I’ve had a really positive experience at GoodUnited. What stands out most is how aligned the company is between what we promise and what we actually deliver. The platform is genuinely impactful for clients, and that makes the work feel meaningful and the conversations feel honest. Beyond that, I've witnessed major rollouts to the platform that directly address things our customers need/want to see. Product and Engineering are doing their thing & I'm confident in the direction of what we're creating.
The team is another huge highlight. There’s a real sense of care and commitment across the organization, and people are incredibly generous with their time. If you ask for help, you’ll get thoughtful, detailed support from people who genuinely want you to succeed.
The company sits in an interesting and exciting place. It has the energy and ownership of a startup, but also the foundation of long-standing clients and proven success. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, contributing beyond your immediate role, and helping shape how things evolve, it’s a great environment to be in.
Overall, I’ve felt supported, challenged in the right ways, and excited about the direction the company is heading.
Cons
Onboarding and training has felt more self-directed at times. In my experience here, it has required some initiative to seek out information and connect the dots. That said, if you’re resourceful and proactive, you’ll ramp quickly, and the team is very supportive when you reach out.
